MBNA America Fraudulent Late Fees Wilmington Delaware

MBNA has held my payment before posting on three occasions during the last twelve months and then charged a $29 late fee. I have sent the payment via online banking on or before the "five days' mail time" as printed on their statement. When I contacted the company, I was rudely told that I need to use MBNA's envelope to ensure prompt posting or make payment via their website. I pay all of my other creditors using my online banking method and MBNA is the ONLY vendor that claims my payment is not received on time. I believe they are holding the payment until they post the late fee, fraudulently accessing late fees. This is wrong, they refuse to fix it, and have the power to ruin my credit rating if I refuse to pay it and continue to assess more and more fees.
