MBNA America Ripoff harassing me for husbands bill Wilmington Delaware

Ok here's what happened, I got a phone call today from MBNA asking me to pay my husbands bill.

They called him the other day wanting his checking account info he told them he doesn't have a checking account (which he don't).

They said what about your wife, he said yes she has one. They had the nerve to ask him for MY account info, he told them I'm not giving you her info and hung up on them.

Well like i said they called me today asking me for my account info and to pay my husbands bill. I told them I don't have enough in my account to pay it and I'm NOT giving you my account info.

They said well you can post date the check and send it to us or we can post date the account if you give us your info. I told them that it's illegal to post date checks in my state.

They wouldn't take no for an answer and told me if I didn't pay the bill they were going to report ME to the credit bureau. I laughed at them and said go ahead I'm not on the card and If you do I'll sue you.

They then asked me what the excuse was this time, mind you they only had to call my husband ONE other time last yr because he was a month behind, I said financial problems are NOT an excuse.

They said that's what you said last time, I was like so it's my fault I'm unemployed and my husbands line of work took a nose dive? They then had the B*lls to ask me if I was looking for a job! I said that's none of your GD BUSINESS! I then hung up on them.

Now mind you this is all over $15.00. I was also reading thru some of the other statements about APRs and I decided to look at my husbands bill. The corresponding APR says 19.99% but the APR for this billing period says 45.91% Go figure.
