MBNA charged me a mininum payment less than my monthly finance charge, which i failed to notice. And when my card went over the limit (due to this obvious attempt to extort more fees from an already credit overloaded customer base), they charged me an over limit fee of $35 after already raising my APR from 18.99% to 24.99%!

To charge a customer a minimum payment LESS than the finance charge is PURPOSELY MISLEADING and should be criminal. Is MBNA in the business of extending credit or propagation of debt and advocacy of financial ruin?
