MC Helper said they were going to give me a refund for past service of $129.99 but in refunding me the money put in $1,129.99 instead claiming this was a "mistake" and I would need to purchase Google Play Gift Cards to reimburse then for the mistake and gave me a credit of $100 to buy the cards which left me having to pay $900. I checked my account after this and my account was almost wiped out. This company MC Helper has had someone posing as them using this site info, support@mchelper.co.in also the real company mchelper , support@mchelper.com knew about this and failed to warn all their customerslike myself! When I try to click on the site the legit mchelper sent me my virus program blocked he and I got this message "This web site has been blocked as a fraudulent web site"! Also, when I went on my Browser and tried to pull up their site I got this message " The connection for this site is not secure"!!This company is supposed to be legit but the people working at the "legit" MC Helper and the fake MC Helper are bot of Oriental decent. This tells me they are working in conjunction with one another! One "legit" company say's " we know about it" and does nothing! The other keeps ripping and scamming people on the Internet!! If the "legit" MC Helper was aware of this all the time they would have put a stop to this in the first place as they are a computer repair company and a virus/hacker company for computers. I say these two companies are working together to defraud the public, one claiming to be "honest" and the other "Scamming the public out of their money"! MC Helper , the one claiming to be "legit" sent me an email offering to give me a year of free service and PC Virus and Hacking protection! I wrote back and told them if they are willing to do that then they should refund my $900 that was stolen from me using their comapny name!! They say they are not responsible!! My final words are this. " yes you are responsible for my recovery of the $900 that was stolen from me using your company's name as you satoon your thumbs and have done nothing to stop the scamming using your company's name"!! I would advise ALL persons to NOT do business with MC Helper any time , use Windows or Microsoft or a trusted repair person with good knowledge and credentials! Thank you
