I made a one time purchase with a debit card. I selected no auto renewals as I don't want anything unexpected on account. Weeks before my product expired.....and after I ignored numerous requests to renew via email and program pop ups..I find I was renewed anyway. I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to get customer service. Then I did online chat and guy says money will be back in account in a month. WHAT?? They took money earmarked for an electric bill and say I should get it back in a month. Fraud!!!! Beware!!
