mcafee charge $ 127.94 against my checking account on the date november 19, 2019 santa clara california

received my bank statement in december 2019 that showed a transaction of $ 127.99 from mcafee.com866-622-3911  i tried to contact them by using their customer service on their web site to make a formal request to have a return of the unauthorized transaction from bank account for $127.99 . 

iI maintained in my request to mcafee that the transaction of $127.99 that was taken out of my bank account was not authorized by me and I was never contacted that any transaction would be forth coming in advance by mcafee for a subscription for mcafee protection plan for my personal home l computer  since then I have not gotten any response by email concerning my request to immeditally cancel my subscription for the mcafee protection plan for my home computer and my request for a refund of $ 127.99
