Sent the $900 laptop to be repaired. They said it cannot be repaired. When I got the laptop back, the DVD-RW rom was missing. That's $120 part on the laptop. I tried to contact them, the guy with south Asian accent was very rude. Be aware when you deal with this company located in 2507 STORY RD San Jose, CA. This is their web site http://mcccomputertek.com By the way they don't have even an email address on their web site.
