These guys as father and son Peter McGarey Sr. and Peter McGarey are unskill, shabby builder and con the sub contractor and rip off the home owner. I don't know Peter Sr. got money issue or something, but i do know for while Sr. doing business in the Son name. So i had seen all those short cut they had done on the homes. WATCH OUT when they some the work for themself doing wood trim work and others stuff and my god i can't beleive anyone hadn't seen sofit work was put on backward at few places.

They also got bad habit giving sob story to homeowner when they need draws ( that when they want to get ahead). Also they CHEAT the sub contractors. When Peter agree the price witht he contractor and when they job get done then Peter get drawn from the owner/ banks for what the contractor had done (Peter keep it to hisself) and make promise to the contractor to the moon when the contractor will get paid ( but Peter had no intention to paid the sub contractor) Peter may give some cash but that all they going get.

Peter would work the contractor on one job and then hoping the contractor would go on the 2nd job without asking for the payment on the first job. If the contractor do ask for the payment for the first job, then Peter would get other contractor to do the 2nd job and stiff the contractor.

Peter McGarey Sr and Jr. these guys are a JOKE, Theives, SHABBY A** Builder. It an amazing these guys are still at it, oh of course they are while they still ripping off the contractor and not providing quailty workmanship to the homeowner.

Bad news they tired rip off our company, but good news we are one step ahead of them and indeed we got paid. Again bad news is ihow can any can sleep at night just  knowing they crappy work they do and the homeowner are getting rip off. I had talk few of the home owner and somone them weren't to happy witht he Big Peter and Little Peter.
