I called MCI Long distance 1800 to make an international COLLECT CALL. An agent asked me for the number and conected the call, I talked, everything ok. But, then they charge me $60 for that call to my Verizon fixed phone bill. I tried to complain and dispute this charge to MCI, and the say there is nothing they can do. Could you believe it? Anyone can help me where I may complain?
