They randomly picked me out to harrass about collecting a debt that I do not owe because my name is the same as the person they are looking for. The middle initial is different though and they insist on calling me. That person has bad credit and I don't want it associated with me. They need to call the correct person and stop bothering me. They are wasting their time anyhow calling the wrong person but they just don't get it.

If you have caller Id and the #s show up why don't you call the phone company and tell them you are getting harassing phone calls and request a block on thier # s so they can no longer contact you .
