Mcmahans Furniture ripoff commited fraud Yuba City California

bought several thousand dollars worth of items.i paid cash had receipt stating i had paid and had zero balance.
weeks later i was informed i owed 700+ dollars more i disputed it.

they performed a credit check on me reason given collecetions.

then they opened an individual revolving credit account in my name without my knowledge. they then charged 700 dollars on it and threatened to sue me if i didnt pay.

they then reported to credit angencies numerous 120 day late payments on my account. they have since stopped these proceeding when i threatened legal action.

i did not find out about my credit till i refinanced my home and financed a truck and was told we could have gotten you much cheaper rates of interest if you didnt have all these 120 day lates on your credit this company has cost me thousands over a clerical error in thier store.

they have comitted fraud among a long list of other things.
