Mechandise Direct the commercial on TV did not say Topsy Turvy was not affilliated with them at all Wallingford Connecticut

The commercial on TV did not say a word about Topsy Turvy not having anything to do Mechandise Direct.
I called Topsy Turvy a month ago to cancel my order and they didn't show me as a customer of theirs.
I got a Post Card from Merchandise Direct in the Mail on 6-16-08 asking me to sign my name and date it if I wanted to cancel my order.
I signed and dated it on 6-17-08 and put it in my box.
Today(6-19-08) I see that Merchandise Direct as deducted the money from my bank account.
Now what do I do?
