Meco Schulte Sold me a horse, lied about age, health and disposition/training, refused to honor their own contract. Anderson California

I purchased a horse from Meco Schulte in June 2022 for $4000. Was told he was 14 years old. Was told he was perfectly trained and gentle enough for children to ride. He was niether. My Veterinarian told me he was AT LEAST 20 years old. And he has not been in very good health since I got him. I ended up spending over $3000 in Vet bills keeping him from dying from Colic shortly after getting him.

She had me sign a so-called Bill of Sale on her cell phone. After getting home I printed out this Bill of Sale which is actually a sneaky contract allowing her to complete her scam. Except in this Contract she states that if you are not happy with your horse she will trade you a different one. Which she REFUSED to do, ofcourse.

I ran an ad on Craigslist asking for any information about the horse so I might know better how to improve his health. She immediately threatened me and I blocked her. Due to the ad, several people have contacted me and told me she pulled the same thing on them. She fronts herself as some high class Gypsy Horse Breeder, when all she is is a low life fraudulent con man that sells dangerous and unhealthy horses to unknowing people. She probably gets these horses out of Kill pens for nothing. She has been getting away with this activity for years. Scandalous.
