med rev recoveries ignoring the customers syracuse, New York

I have a few hospital bills from my past that ive been trying to work on to fix my credit i called the company and got representative. I had called to ask a question about my bill verse what was on my credit report. The lady started talking over me not even listening to what i had to say i asked her why she was talking to me like that and there was no reason for it. She didnt answer my question and kept talking over me

so i asked to talk to a supervisor and she stated that she was one and that i owed over 1000 in bills and how did i want to pay check or card and i asked her to transfer me to someone else she would not transfer me anyone else, not even someone that was lower then her i screamed at her 4 times asking her name and she then finally gave it to me and i told her she was rude and i would be calling back to talk to someone else and she goes "good u can but u will probably get me again"

i hung up with her i refuse to give any of my personal information to someone who talks to me like that i then called back and talked to a different lady she did end up answering my question about the bill. I had asked her about the supervisor and asked if there was a higher person i could talk to. She stated that was the only one there above and that there was no one else i could contact about it that "she was it". I asked for the owners number or the operations manager she said that theres wasnt one

i told her there is no way that she was the owner i was talking to and she still wouldnt give me another number. This all happened on oct 2 today is oct 5th and i recieved in the mail all of the bills i owed to them. First off i havent been contacted through mail from them prior to this for over a year and second i didnt ask either of the ladies to send them to me. If this is their way of getting me to pay off my bills faster then that is sure a real snotty way of doing it from both of them. It makes me not even want to pay the bills to this company i would rather pay them to the hospitals themselves.
