MEDI-CHAIR, Inc / Redman Power Chair Paula Redman, Casey Partiz This company has been promising me a power standup wheelchair since early 2017. I have multiple sclerosis . Per all my doctors and therapists, standing is crucial.? MEDI-CHAIR has promised me EIGHT times they were bringing me a chair. They lied every time up until July 19. Excuses ranging from snowstorms, Chair has to be sized to no you are the right size, this insurance needs this, that insurance needs that,,the O.T., P.T., AEP and primary doctor all need to be on board. They were/are. May 16, MEDI-CHAIR created an invoice of lies. Supposedly they got all this insurance money, $30,000 of it they never did,. They told me they needed $1700.00 out of pocket money from me. After selling things, that money was raised.Tucson Arizona

I am filing a ripoff report on MEDI-CHAIR/Redman power chair for failure to live up to contract, repeated lieing, theft ($1700.00), extreme mental stress. I have ms and was told 8 times I would be receiving a Redman power chair which is needed for physical improvement . Without deterioration is inevitable. I have a bogus Paid in full invoice for this chair. $45,995.00 is the cost. Actual, and made up up insurance payments deducted . I paid $1700.00 out of pocket . I want that money returned. Paula Redman said they would, now, since July 19, 2017 they do not take or return my calls. Many, many messages have been left with Paula Redman! Never do business with this company !!!!!!
