I've got a Media Play gift card that's a few years old. Their website is no longer available its not fye.com but won't recognize the card, giving an error that says it must be 16 or 19 digits, and my card has 19.

I called the number on the back, 800-371-4428 and its a recording talking about LOOK-Up for cricket phone. I didn't listen to whole message.
