Two times I purchaced DVD{s from MediaOutlet. Both times I was unhappy with my purchase. 1st, the DVDs are GRAINY as if they had been recorded off air broadcast. 2nd, the cover art is photocopied NOT printed. 3rd, there is no C.C. in any language. As i am nearly deaf, this is vital to me. 4th, the DVD{s arrived with a flimsy ,cheap case. Put all of these factors together I believe that those DVD{s possibly pirated. My advise, avoid this seller. They also have failed to return any of my emails.
