Medic Alert Systems Robo call Told me that they wanted to schedule installation of my home system which is already paid for. I don't know

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have been receiving robocalls from Medic Alert System that tells me they want to schedule a date and time to install my home medic alert system which is a gift already paid for.
I tell "the robo" I'm not interested and ask how they got my number just in case someone is listening and will pick up. I am on the Do Not Call List but they still call me.
I repeately push the # key, but a few days later I'll get another call.

We get the same calls - sometimes two or three a day. We are also on the DO Not Call list. I have to answer the phone because my mother is quite ill and I frequently get calls from doctors, family members, etc. So ignoring it isn't helping.
Does anybody have a suggestion???
