I am parplegic (paralyzed from the waist down) and totally blind in both eyes and I have an open wound (bed sore) on the base of my spine; hence, the reason for an air mattress on a hospital bed. They delivered an air mattress on March 22nd and by May 26th the air mattress is flat. The mattress is defective and they say that it 's out of warranty and I have to do private pay at $180 per month if I want to change it out. I think they are trying to take advantage of me and trying to rip me off! Please help!
