I signed up my family for this discount medical plan. I needed to go to an ER or doctor afterwards. After printing out the discound card, I called the customer service number. The man on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Even though the plan discription said it included hospitals, he said they don't have any in the plan. He did give me a doctors name, address, and phone number to where I could get the discount. I called the doctor's office, but got an answering machine...it wasn't the doctor's phone number. I search through my local phone directory and this doctor couldn't even be found.
