Meg Macci, Lanlord in Massapequa N.Y. area. She cannot handle issues between tenants small or large. Small home improvements often take ages to be completed. Often becomes overwhelmed with simple issues mentioned above. I would not use this woman as a landlord.

I am sure this woman is still the same. Most likely doing her tenants wrong, and not making improvement when needed. She makes life difficult. Your basic slumlord.
