This is a one man operation. If you call you will get a call center. No employees, no inventory. Not authorized by any of the major manufacturers although he claims on his site that they are- call Konica, Sharp, Canon, etc and find for yourself.
if you have a lease with them now, call the leasing company and get out of it while you can

This report was made in error. I had a problem with one of copiers (we have 20 or so). We had a problem with one of the copiers and I thought that it was Mega that was a problem. It turns out my secretary informed me, that NO we HAVE NO PROBLEM AT all with the 10 copiers that we have through Mega.
Their techs are first rate, the do preventitive maintenance to prevent problems. When the remainder of our copiers are about to expire WE ARE GOING 100% WITH MEGA and their team.
If you want to contact me as a reference please do. I won't put the names of friends of mine who have Mega and are happy because I know that they will be badgered by some small dealer.
