Mega Macs megamacs.com, MegaMacs Sent Opened Product Incorrect Produc and would not accept return Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company sold me an extended warranty for and Apple Power book even though the period for adding a warranty was over. They sent the an opened box of software they had purchase from Comp USA when they went out of Business. When I tried to register my Power Book Apple rejected the extended warranty. When I tried to return the product Megamacs refused by saying that it was "software" and they don't accept returns of Software.
I got the Oklahoma attorney general's office of consumer affairs involved but they were useless.
These guys are simply theives and wouldn't trust anything that publish on-line.
