I purchased a total of 40 sessions on October 21,1999 by personal check in the amount of $150.00. I had 24 sessions left when MEGA TAN closed the Scottsdale location with no notice given.

After being closed for over 30 days I finally got a letter offering three options and NONE were getting a refund. I phoned the Fountain Hills location and was told by a very rude employee that "under no cirmustances could I speak to the manager/owner or expect any type of refund."

PLEASE help those that lost money from this MEGA TAN RIP OFF get our money back and shut this guy down from doing business.
