I purchased an XBox 360 from Eli Marshall on Ebay, through A Lot More For Less. Received was not in new box. Emailed to tell was not working, lights were all red. Eli was supposed to get info so I could send box back.
Eli purposely dragged me along so I could not recoup my money through Paypal nor the company. Megagoods said they won't issue a refund. I mailed back with confirmation to Megagoods and hopefully but no guarantee will my credit card company reiumburse me.
