I received a letter with a check stating I won 750,500.00. The check was for 4,550.00.  Letter states, Insurance fees, $805.00 and Processing fees,$3,745.00.  I called and the man told me to deposit the check and call him back.  I looked up both phone numbers and one is a landline and the other is a cell phone in Vancover, BC.
