I purchased an HP2200 from Megan Wolfe (sales manager of compuvest). She said it was "NEW" and I found out it is reconditioned. 3 weeks after purchase the graphics card went out. It has been 5 months and Megan has not taken care of it. Now I find out she purchased it on her personal account and then sold it to me, so I have no records of the transaction. The company has records of her purchase, but after reading the complaints about compuvst, it is clear nothing will be done. Do not trust Megan Wolfe or Compuvest. I will never purchase from them again.
