Mr Anthony Tad Brooks of Meisterhaus Basenjis and Whippets in Floyds Knobs, Indiana presents as a seasoned and professional Basenji breeder. I paid him $400 via confirmed PayPal in April 2017 as deposits on two basenji puppies. I have never heard from him again since he sent an email confirming receipt of the deposits on 4/1/17.
In both January and April 2018, I've tried contacting Mr. Brooks via email, phone with voicemail messages, texting, fb messaging, contacting the AKC and BCOA, contacting other breeders who seem to know him, contacting him through the http://www.meisterhaus.com/ website, facebook review and now this. I have confirmation that select messages were read but he has never responded.
I am willing to resolve this with Mr. Brooks if only he would reply. I no longer trust him or his breeding services and simply request a refund of the $400 deposit.

Please disregard my report. Mr. Brooks had been experiencing an extended illness and I was impatient. We have since communicated and have everything in line. I regret submitting this report. My sincerest apology to Mr Brooks for jumping to conclusions and I am happy to be working with him.
