To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to dispute a bill that arrived today, June 23, 2017. It was sent by DAR Waterfront and Associates representing the company Luminis Facial Treatment. I ordered a free sample from them Jan, 2017, paying only the shipping and I received the sample. I have not had any other contact with the company until today. I did not order any additional products and I did not receive any other products. The bill is for $98.71.
