1) Melissa has lied to me and my family over and over again about rentals being available.

2) She fails to pickup customers at nearby Red Rock Casino and will not pick up locals that live in Summerlin.

3) She is very unprofessional and sloppy in her appearance and hygiene.

4) She is horrible to her employees and berades them mercilessly. She needs to be relieved from her duties now.

5) I tried to file complaints to her area manager but to no avail. So here I am!
