melody chiappetta and associates promised me a certain fixed rate and at closing the rate was higher and an arm rate. She is a con artist! she allows un licensed loan officers to originate under her license. She cashes net branch checks through her own title co. Cashes them without paying the branch fee.
She has used Olympia funding who has a judgement against her in the amount of $25,000. Also has been let go by as many as 7 other net branches! She is a con and a phony. A copy cat.
I am now facing foreclosure and am hoping for some help.
