I was charged for this voicemail even though I never ordered it. When I called they said they would cancel but I couldn't get reimbursted for the charges on my phone bill.

I never ordered this but they say I am responsible for it even though I refused shipment on the phone.
Please help me get the charges reimbursed. It's not much but it's the princible.
