Memories On Media Never sent my order or my original VHS tapes back to me Winston Salem North Carolina

On January 2, 2019 I sent in 10 video tapes to be converted to DVD to Memories on Media.  My package was delievered to them on January 5, 2019 at 10:48 a.m.  I tried to contact them several times in the folowing months.  I recieved no response to their emails and no answer on the phone. 

I finally reached someone on March 11, 2019.  Robert, the owner.?? He said they were running behind.  I said "ok".  I called again on Monday May 20, 2019.  Again, I was told they were running behind.  I said "ok".   In the months that have followed, I have emailed again, called again, with no answer.  So, today I was going to call and ask for the return of my video tapes, forget the order, and THE PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!! 

These video tapes belonged to my father.  They were videos of my grandmother who is no longer alive.  There was my wedding video, my children's baby videos!!  I am absolutely speechless.  Fine, if you are going out of business but send everyone their very priceless and irreplacable video tapes back!!
