 It is very sad to realize anyone can login to this site and post anything they want without verification. There are six misspelled words. This alone, may give you some insight into the validity of this complaint. Darron Nichols was hired as a sales representative on May 14, 2014. Darron was to average a minimum of 2 new sales within each semi-monthly pay period. If he reached that goal, he was to receive not only his 10% commission but also compensation of $1,000.00. On May 16, 2014 Darron was reimbursed $352.73 for his expenses, without any sales. May 16 – 31, Darron had ONE sale; however, David Smith gave him $500.00 plus his commission and expenses. June 1 -15, Darron had ONE sale. David Smith again paid him $500.00 plus his commission plus expenses. Darron was to send copies in for his expense reimbursement, he did not do this. During Darron Nichols work history with Memory Lane Productions. His contract should have produced sales to 16 funeral homes. (Sale defined as an invoice and a check turned in to Memory Lane Productions). Darron sales produced 7 funeral homes. Darron had no sales August 1 – 15. He was demanding $1,500.00. Memory Lane Productions did not pay Darron.
