So the service rep gave me a price and the final total that i had to pay was about $900.00 above that estimate.  Additionally, they replaced a battery that i did not authorize, that was about $250.00 of the amount over the service estimate.

Service was done on a vehicle i purchased in 2015.

I have also leased 2 vehicles from this outfit and will turn in the current one when lease is finished and WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE FACILITY AGAIN!!

Can You Pay For My Car Repairs Too???

AUTHOR: The Dog - (United States)

POSTED: Sunday, November 18, 2018

First off, why are you even taking your car to a dealership for repairs? The fraud and deception which is a daily occurrence at far too many dealerships has flown into the shop, just like you would expect to see raw sewage flowing along a downhill street! That's a FACT! Find a good independent mechanic and take your business there! You will find no price gouging, more skilled mechanics (not parts changers), no price gouging, much better customer service, people who actually care about you as a customer and no price gouging! Got it??? Secondly, let's take a look at exactly what is really going on here. This car is NOT owned by you because you got yourself into a CAR FLEASE. You are locked into how much you can drive their car and you need to worry about the blank check you agreed to pay when you turn in their car and they magically come up with a list of grossly exaggerated wear and tear charges, again, all because it's a CAR FLEASE! Oh yes, when you turn in their car, they will no doubt hit you with another BOGUS FEE with an official sounding name! When you pay them their exaggerated wear and tear charges, they will simply pocket the money, not make ANY repairs or replace tires and send the car to the auction or into their used car lot. You see how great of a deal a CAR FLEASE is? It's such a great deal for the dealer, they should have kissed you on the mouth when you agreed to this CAR FLEASE! Yep, it's such a fantastic deal, you get to pay for repairs for a car you don't even own! As you sign the paperwork for the FLEASE, they will tell you how smart you are but once you drive away, they'll be laughing their rear ends off at you! Get the point?
