Merchant Account Solutions Opened account after we requested them not to, twice, and charge monthly fees. They refuse to stop charging fees unless we pay a $600 termination fee. Agoura Hills California

We were investigating using their services and had communication with them. Their representative told us to let him know if we did not want the service since we did not receive any of the equipment nor mobile log-in information in order to begin using services. On Aug 15 and again on Sept 15, 2015, we told them we did not need their services. They set up the account anyway and began charging monthly fees and continue charging monthly fees-for no services-and won't close the account and stop charging those fees until we pay a $600 termination fee.
