Merchant Lynx Services Major Ripoff on Credit Card Services West Chester Pennsylvania

In August 0f 2007 a sales rep showed up in one of my pharmacies to solicit for credit card services. Kass Wilson of the West Chester, PA sales office was the dirtball who presented the program. What she said all sounded good. What she didn't say or present or blatantly lied about is the source of this report. She offered lower rates than I was paying presently. She showed how just one pharmacy would save over $300 a month. She did mention a monthly fee of 59.99. She did NOT mention all the other bogus fees sucked out of my checking account every month. She didn't mention a credit check fee of 25.00. Nor the 10.00 per month service charge for paper. Or the BS fees called authorization fees of 30 cents on debit cards in addition to the fees she had promised. Most important, she never mentioned the 48 month lease agreement for the equipment, just that we had to pay 59.99 monthly to participate in the program. The phone number listed on her business card is bogus. Merchant Lynx will not give me an office number because they know they are a scumbag operation and don't want us to have access to them.
I have called everyone I can and am promised some of the charges will be removed. I don't believe that will really happen. I will be filing a report with the state attorney general in hopes that more will do the same. Its the only way I know of to try and stop these thieves. Because their office is only 40 miles away, I will be paying them a visit.
