that merchant number is for Minnesota Care

I saw a charge I didnt recognize and it had this merchant number, I called the bank, they gave me the 1-800 number for the merchant, I googled it, turns out it's my health care called minnesota care just has a funny name that shows up. So anyways this merchant number is no a Health CAre thing in Minnesota that didn't rip me off but had me confused.
