Merchants Credit Guide Rip Off .."Alleged "19year old debit, phone harassing, and mail Chicago Illinois

I have been contacted by Merchants Credit Guide "claiming" I owe almost 300.00 dollars. I have never been made aware of this alleged debit before.

I explained to them on numerous occasions that I have purchased MANY items on credit in the last twenty years including cars, houses, motorcycles, rented apartments, and more. This has NEVER shown up when doing a credit check.

The phone calls kept coming, and the trash talking to me about, "How can you not pay what you owe." I don't owe anything!!

Who keeps records for twenty years? Then the threats about ruining my credit, letters sent to my house and phone calls continued.

Then I sent two certified letters requesting the "LIST" of collection agencies, and contacts attempted to be made to me over the last twenty years and they have not responded at all.I called today 3/13/06 and Tamika Whitty said they have sent the alleged debit back to the owner for investigation. Why was I not informed? They claim they have marked my issue "inactive". However have not sent me anything in writing. I would LOVE to sue these schmucks..
