We received The Black Series electronic soap dispenser as a Christmas gift December 2013. It stopped working in April 2014. I called the company and told them what I had done according to their recommendations - empty the soap, clean the nozzel, etc. They said they had no idea what else I could do and that since it only had a 90 day warranty they would not do anything.
So I told them I now had a very nice looking paperweight and it was not good policy to wash their hands of things they sold that were defective and didn't last one month past the warranty. They again said they were sorry but nothing could or would be done to solve my problem.

Soap Dispenser follow up

I received the new replacement soap dispenser today and it works properly.
MerchSource customer service responded and resolved the problem.
RipOff report worked as promised and MerchSource acted responsibly after the right person was contacted which I was unable to do on my own.

MerchSource has agreed to replace the defective item. I will write another update when I get the replacement.
