I went to Mercy Hospital for simple two hour outpatient operation and they put a hole in my bladder. Ten hours later when I was almost dead they realized that the doctor messed up, and took me back to operating room. I had to have a second operation to repair bladder, and I went into cardiac arrest. I have suffered greatly over the last three years. I have a Dr. statement stating I did not receive care that should have been expected.
