Meridian Joint School District #2 MSD #2 Wrongful Termination Meridian, Idaho

     On 6/23/2008 Minert & Associates, Inc. OWNER, Jeff Minert made harassing & accusatory remarks while attempting to produce a speciimen for "testing".  He did not offer a catheterization procedure available to those of us with Medical reasons for not being able to procduce a specimen "on demand".

     The Meridaian School District #2 Terminated my employment because Minert reported this as a "refusal to test".

     MSD #2 refused me my Constitutional Rights to a fair & impartial hearing according to their Policy.  MSD #2 CHANGED their own policies in order to disallow me my Constitutional Right to represent myself (Pro se) so as not to have to reimburse me ant damges and inevitably making it impossible to obtain employment for nearly 2 years now.

     The Idaho Department of Labor found in my favor, but failed to take action against them.

     On other occasions the Supervisors' harassment became so abusive & tyranical they forced my wife in to tears.  They eventually, after multiple demoralizing tactics of placement in demeaning positions at lower pay forced her out of employment as well.

     This school district under the current guidance of District Superintendant,  Dr. Linda Clark, will do anything subversive to keep their image clean.

     The District Office supervisory Staff abuse lower echelon personnel on a regular basis.  They take "bonuses" while the District takes paycuts.  They also divert monies and instruct employees to do the same in order to escalate "funding" for the District.  We have documented (written & audio tapes) proof of these accusations.

     Many employees have been harassed but fear reprimand, by the loss of their jobs, is too inevitable.
