They have a nice website. Looks like making an order via this website is simple. It is, however, they pay no attention to the web orders. Turns out you must call to place an order. Sending an order via the web simply sends it to the ether. I called today to see what was the deal with web orders. I was told they normall contact web customers, but "thing were pretty busy right now". The price for silver increased substantially since my "web order" so I did not pursue an orer via the phone
