 This individual is not my client and was not aboard during the survey of his fathers boat. He didn’t like the defective comments I made about some of the equipment about. He expected me to fill the boat with water while on an elevator lift to test the bulge pumps and possibly overload the cables. I would not attempt that without him present, thus wrote it accordingly.

It was simple insurance report for his company with very few things wrong, but he demanded I change my findings and commit fraud to Gus company. I WILL NEVER DO THAT FIR ANY AMOUNT IF MONEY IR PERSUASION This otter statements he has posted are Lies and s bogus attempt to get me to change my report. Not happening.

When I offered to show him my findings he became irate , cysing and I hung up I have surveyed for 8,600+ clients for 38+ years and do not write what owners demand just to fool an insurance co nor can I be bought Thus happens with owners when they don’t want to fix problems thus should have their insurance cancelled until safety issues are fixed.

After further investigation, every certificatin he listed on the survey turned out to be false. I made phone calls or went to the websites of these companies and verifeid verbally or through the website that he does not have the following certifications:
