WARNING!Mesa Mortgage has BOGUS LOAN RATES & cant get financing in time! They had promised us a low rate of 6.5% with lender - Provident Funding (CA.)

We were highly qualified & PRE-APPROVED!!!.. they led us to believe we could CLOSE on a home within 30 days...much to our dismay, 30 days came & went & all we got was the RUNAROUND!!!

It almost cost us the HOME OF OUR DREAMS!!! We were devastated & had to turn to Pvt. funds & family...DONt LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

Stay AWAY from MESA MORTGAGE & Provident of Ca. YOU DEFINITELY CANT COUNT on them & they could CARE LESS about you!
