I placed an order on Sunday May 29 2011 for 3 hats to be delivered by international global express shipping,total cost $50.96,company did not deliver & will not respond to emails.

Our company has been in business now for 14 years and we are certainly not a scam. Our website meshhat.com the customer placed order and the order was lost in the shipping process. Custhas shipped over 250,000 orders and most orders arrive to the customer within 3 business ddays. This customer used old contact information to try and reach us. We eventually found out about the problem through this report and quickly contacted the customer to resolve the issue. We reshipped the product and the shipping tracking # shows that the order was received. The complaintant claims he cannot remove this report.

Hats Finally Arrived on the 5th of July 2011, I thought I had been ripped as I had paid for International Global express mail Shipping at a cost of $19.99. The hats arrived 36 days after the order & payment ( May 29th, 2011) in a box with a USPS sticker dated June 22, postage price stating $11.99. I'm happy I got my hats , but I think you guys need to work on your despatch & shipping.
