Cancellation policy is ambiguously worded but written to favor the company. Initial terms are dictated without clarification and cancellation is only upon moving to a location that is not within 25 miles of any Message Envy facility (within the entire U.S.) The other reason would be a doctor's note for not being able to receive massages. The membership terms dictated are unlawfully designed that once a person is enrolled, cancellation is nearly impossible.
