Hello this is Messy himself I have read your complaint and sadly its false. Heres what actually happened. So my site has a system which monitors high-risk purchase, for example, you came to my site and purchased multiple services in a short period of time and no we cannot see debit/credit details because payments are done via PayPal or stripe so that doesn't even make sense lol. Also, my real info is on my business so that wouldn't make sense and again it's not even possible on any site it's just a myth because PayPal handles it. So that raises red flags on my system because usually this means your using a stolen credit card or your parents credit card. Later I come to find your parents contact me and say there son which is you has been using there purchase information without there permission.

So me being the business owner I am banned all your accounts and removed all the services. Im sorry but you racked up hundreds of dollars in fraudulant charges on my site and now come to this site to make me look bad? Like think logically from my point of view. You came to my site and used a payment method that didn't belong to you so Im supposes to let you go while I lose all the money from refunds, refund fees, which is 20 dollar per charge that doesn't include what you paid and also I lose my time. This is our policy any chargeback will result in the ban of your account Im sorry but digital items aren't covered that well on PayPal's policies so I need to do this to protect my business. 

The policy I have is the same policy Sony (PS4) and Microsoft (XBOX) has. If you chargeback they ban your account until the balance is repaid back because they are well aware the credit card companies and PayPal do not like digital items so we must do this. Sorry but ye if you want your account unbanned and the service added back then pay me what you owe. Think of it this way does Walmart let you walk out of the store with s**t for free? Nope, you have to pay first lol ten walk out. Thanks!

BTW: Canadians are some of the nicest people you can google it so I don't know why that's in the title lol:)
