I purchased a $230 "reloadit pack" for my Pay Power Visa card. I attempted to reload my card online and it never went into my account! My $230 went to some phantom account that doesn't even exist and their customer service reps wouldn't do anything to help me... They don't even speak English!

So, now I am out $230 and they keep telling me someone will contact me in 1 to 2 business days.. they never contact me. When I call back after 5 days, it's the same song and dance all over again. Nobody is helping me. I want my money added to my account NOW.
