I ordered the ketoFLux diet and cleanse 30 capsules in a bottle. I started with a 14-day trial and you only pay for shipping of each bottle. I did not realize the trial was 14 days and not 30 since you usually get a chance to use up the first bottle in other trials.  I noticed on my credit card I was billed but a completely different company, and a separate company for each bottle. I did not know what these companies were charging almost $100 for each bottle.  It took me a minute to piece it together. I could not even remember the website I ordered this from. You get a receipt in the bottle package with order number, your address and what you ordered. There is no return information or customer service number.

I called my credit card company to get the phone numbers for the 2 companies charging me. I called each number but they go to the same call center in Alabama. They told me no returns or refunds that I could only cancel the order. They could not tell me where the company HQ is. On the packages the return address is "KetoFlux, 2200 NW 72nd Ave, #29054, Miami, Florida 33102".

As it turns out, there is no such place. The address does match the US Post Office at zip code 33152 however. But they are using a fake address for a non-existent company.  So it is impossible to find or contact them directly.   I was also told that in the Terms and Conditions on the website it states somewhere that you have to call a particular number to cancel.  If you all any of the numbers that appear on the website, they all go to the call center in Alabama.

The companies that appear on your credit card have numbers that go to the Alabama call center. I do not know where this company is physically located but based on these complaints, the real company is MetaboChoice. That name did not appear on the website or anywhere on the products I received.

Given all the fakery, this is a scam. Stay away. Given these are supplements you ingest, I am concerned about any bad health effects now because this company is so shadey.

This company should not be able to operate like this and sell these supplements without a real address and contact information. It is set up to scam consumers.
